Rules and Regulations

Play

1.       Decision of the judges on all grounds will be final, binding and undisputable for all entrants.
2.       Time limit for each play will be 15 minutes.
3.       Maximum team size per group is 12 students.
4.       THE SCRIPT OF THE PLAY SHOULD BE PURELY VEGETARIAN AND PLATONIC. ANY LAPSE IN THIS CLAUSE WILL LEAD TO THE IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE TEAM.
5.       Suggested themes: -
a.       Comedy
b.      Drama
c.       Political
d.      Historical/ Patriotism
e.      Social Message
f.        Romantic/ Love and Passion
6.       The participating team will have to arrange their own costumes and props. The Event Administrator and Managers will not be responsible for their arrangement.
7.       Event Managers (Volunteers) will be provided by the Event Presidents and Administrators for on-stage assistance.

Comedy Show

1.       Decision of the judges on all grounds will be final, binding and undisputable for all entrants.
2.       Time limit for each act will be:
a.       Solo Performance            : 5 minutes.
b.      Group Performance       : 8 minutes.
3.       The maximum team size for group performance is 4 students.
4.       THE SCRIPT OF THE ACT SHOULD BE PURELY VEGETARIAN AND PLATONIC. ANY LAPSE IN THIS CLAUSE WILL LEAD TO THE IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE TEAM.
5.       The participating team will have to arrange their own costumes and props. The Event Administrator and Managers will not be responsible for their arrangement.
